Spoken Word, ASL | 'The Bible Explained' by Spoken Gospel, GOSPEL, THE BIBLE
ASL | The Bible Explained: Matthew
Matthew shows us how Jesus fulfills the Old Testament. He pictures the Old Testament like a treasure chest that contains old and new treasures (Matthew 13:52). The old treasure in the Hebrew scriptures hasn’t gone anywhere, neither has it faded nor lost value (Matthew 5:17-18). But Matthew helps us see that there is a new treasure hidden in Scripture, and it is Jesus. All of the Old Testament finds its new treasure in how Jesus fulfills it.
